| Bathing in Karachi beach banned, notification issued |
Bathing in the beach and Hub River has been banned due to flooding in the sea.
According to the notification issued by the Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Section 144 has been imposed, after which the entry of fishermen and bathing on the beach has been banned.
He said that there is a possibility of flooding in the sea due to monsoon, due to which the ban has been imposed which will be applied till August 17.
He has appealed to the citizens to avoid going to the beach and follow the ban.
