The local court of Islamabad has called for arguments on October 28 in the illegal marriage case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Bushra Bibi.
The Special Prosecutor in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad filed a request to schedule the hearing of the illegal marriage case early.
The petition stated that the hearing on the appeal to dismiss the illegal marriage case is scheduled for November 4.
The petition further said that the case of illegal marriage of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi is of urgent nature.
It was requested in the petition that if the hearing of the case is not scheduled soon, the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss, it should be scheduled as soon as possible.
Civil Judge Qudratullah has issued notices to lawyer Safai on the request for early hearing and has asked lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat for arguments on October 28.
